Hotel Tasso Suites & Spa

Our family of 4 adults stayed in the Junior Suite and it was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were excellent and the AC in July was terrific. We could adjust the AC too which was a nice feature. The staff at the front desk was always available to answer questions and very pleasant. The elevator was modern and helpful when handling luggage on arrival and departure. The location was 5 stars. Each day after we had been out touring Pompeii, then Naples and Herculaneum, returning to Tasso was relaxing and its proximity to a variety of restaurants was just what we need after a day on our feet. We used Sorrento as our base to explore the ruins and spent mostly late afternoons and evening in Sorrento and it worked out perfectly.

The personal was great, we could leave our baggage with them on arrival day and the day we left sorrento so we could have a beach day. Rooms were Nice and very clean. We tried to stay one more night but it was booked unfortunately. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay. Literally cannot fault it. Room - we had a standard room - comfortable, spacious, aircon, small terrace, duvet on bed, iron on request and toiletries provided and topped up. Despite being so central, no noise at night so slept really well. Location - brilliant location. Minutes walk from the old town markets, 5-6 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from a public lift that takes you to the main port (1.20 euros pp each way but worth it!) Staff were lovely and really helpful. We were there for our anniversary so there was a bottle of champagne and a note when we arrived. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Cold and hot options with cereals etc.

Staff helped in every way. They ensured we stayed in a quiet room not facing the busy road. I consider that excellent customer service. The room was comfortable. The bed was perfect for our preference. Lift was available. Location was near restaurants, sites, train station, and shopping craziness!!! 😂

I recently had the pleasure of staying at TassoSuites Sorrento, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive and for this I want to thank Josephine (reception staff) especially. She welcomed us and explained all the details we asked (even for any tour we were interested or any place that could be on our interest). The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is good as well.
