Our family of 4 adults stayed in the Junior Suite and it was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were excellent and the AC in July was terrific. We could adjust the AC too which was a nice feature. The staff at the front desk was always available to answer questions and very pleasant. The elevator was modern and helpful when handling luggage on arrival and departure. The location was 5 stars. Each day after we had been out touring Pompeii, then Naples and Herculaneum, returning to Tasso was relaxing and its proximity to a variety of restaurants was just what we need after a day on our feet. We used Sorrento as our base to explore the ruins and spent mostly late afternoons and evening in Sorrento and it worked out perfectly.

Absolutely amazing stay. Literally cannot fault it. Room - we had a standard room - comfortable, spacious, aircon, small terrace, duvet on bed, iron on request and toiletries provided and topped up. Despite being so central, no noise at night so slept really well. Location - brilliant location. Minutes walk from the old town markets, 5-6 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from a public lift that takes you to the main port (1.20 euros pp each way but worth it!) Staff were lovely and really helpful. We were there for our anniversary so there was a bottle of champagne and a note when we arrived. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Cold and hot options with cereals etc.

We loved our stay at the hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond for their guests. I was struggling to book restaurants online and after emailing them they booked for me. The hotel location is amazing, right in the centre and close to everything! The room was lovely and clean/spacious- but also the best nights sleep! Complete blackout blinds and we didn't hear a thing, one of the best nights sleep we've had in ages! Also the air conditioner was fab and much needed in the heat! The breakfast was lovely and the staff super friendly. Absolutely loved our stay here and want to thank all of the staff who made it so enjoyable!

The room was comfortable and warm. Kettle, safe and fridge. The bathroom was nice, spacious with a shower. The reception staff Marilsa and Rossella were very friendly and helpful. Open 24 hours. Free Wi-Fi is available. breakfast was delicious and had a variety. The hotel is centrally situated within walking distance to train station and shopping street and the port. Train connections to naples and Pompei. Buses to Positano. Thank you very much in the Italian language: Grazie.

the location is perfect, just off the main square but it still had a nice chill atmosphere in the hotel without loads of noise inside. the staff were honestly amazing, we were delayed getting out hire car and the receptionist even rang us to check we were okay and needed any help. we dealt with multiple receptionist and all helped us with the valet panting, recommendations on where to go. rooms were bright and clean and breakfast had a good selection. if I return to sorrento I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel!
